Ronald McDonald House
This ministry is an opportunity to help those families who are going through a difficult time with a sick child. If you would like to help, please see Cheryl Williams.
Adult bible classes
Our adult Bible classes are designed to challenge us to all to grow in our understand of God. If you would be interested in teaching a class, please see Carl Davis.
Children’s education
This ministry teaches Bible lessons to our children, from babies through 5th grade. The classes are available Sunday morning and Wednesday nights. Teachers are always needed in this area. Hilary Gresham is our coordinator for this.
Wee worship
This ministry provides age-appropriate Bible lessons and activities for children during the Sunday morning worship period. Please see Wes Boyett to volunteer.
Fellowship
This ministry helps set up, clean and serve during church wide fellowships. The fellowship ministry requires a good number of volunteers. For more information please see Stella Clegg.
Life Groups
Our small groups are designed to help us connect though fellowship, service, and support. We call them “Life Groups” and these groups will increase our awareness of the needs of those around us and help us to better meet those needs. For information on joining or leading a Joy Group contact Rick Whittle.
Ladies
This is open to women of all ages at Spanish Fort. There are several ways to get involved with Ladies ministry. We have leaders that plans and organize all ladies’ activities. If you would be interested in working with one of these team, Stella Clegg is in charge of this ministry.
Men’s ministry
This ministry helps the men of our congregation to connect through a monthly prayer breakfast and an annual retreat. For more information please see Sidney Gresham. Also, feel free to join our Facebook group.
Beautification
This committee serves to oversee the flowers and décor of the building. If you would be interested in assisting on this committee, please see Stella Clegg.
Building lockup
Oversees the locking of the buildings after services, please see one of the Elders if you would like to help with this.
Security
The purpose of the Safety and Security Ministry is to maintain a safe environment for our members and guests as we seek to fulfill our church mission.
Seniors
This ministry is designed to provide growth opportunities for our senior adults, please see Ronnie Jones if you would like to help.
Sparklers
This ministry plans activities for our kids up to the 5th grade. For more information please see Wes & Emily Boyett.
Young adults
Rick Wyatt is in charge of planning activities for our young adult group at Spanish Fort.
Youth
Justin Maynard is the minister over our youth. If you would like to help with our youth program please let Justin know. Also, feel free to join our Facebook group.
Greeters
This is the first ministry that people notice when they come to Spanish Fort on Sunday morning. This ministry is responsible for having people hand out bulletins and greet at the doors. Jay Rice is in charge of this ministry.
Infant nursery
The nursery is staffed each Sunday morning during worship. For more information, contact Cheryl Williams.
Toddler nursery
Toddler care is available to our members and visitors during our church services. Volunteers are always appreciated. Please see Sarah Beth. Shere for more information.
Worship leaders
This ministry provides the men who take a leadership role in the worship service. Verlon Carrell is in charge of this ministry.
